Looking back on things...
You know, what if we had all become the copies of the people we looked up to when we were younger. I look back on it and I think to myself how different I am now than who I thought I wanted to be. Christianese is not only ostricizing people by creating a church culture, but it is also demeaning and leading to misinterpretation of the Bible amongst “believers.” Such phrases as being “saved” have lead to a generic understanding of salvation without fully realizing the full breath of the words.
